Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly experienced SALES MANAGER to lead our team and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and coaching a team of Sales Executives, cultivating key clients relationships, and consistently driving revenue targets across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, partnerships, and strategic prospecting.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies.
Lead high-level negotiation and support the team in closing complex or high value deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns, lead generation activities amd brand messaging.
Analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends to forecast revenue and identify areas for growth.
Recruit, on-board, and train new sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture within the department.
Report sales performance, market intelligence, and a strategic recommendation to senior management on a regular basis.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitors activities, and customer preferences to keep the team competitive.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5-7years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership or managerial position.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
Exceptional leadership, coaching and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills at both clients and executive levels.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Self driven, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
