LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 6 Months Number of available position: 01 DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software Planning concepts by designing relevant information and materials (conceptualizing) Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangements, size, type and style and submitting them for approval Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed Communicating with clients about layout and designs Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites with software such as photoshop. Corel Drawx7, etc. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary Developing professional artworks in readiness for printing Maintaining positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on 05 th of every month Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. Certificate in Printing, Graphic Design, ICT, Computer Studies, or related field is an added advantage. At least 1 year of relevant experience in printing, photocopying, or document production. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF/document management. Knowledge of printing, scanning, photocopying, binding and laminating. Basic ability to operate and troubleshoot printing equipment. Good attention to detail, communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
