Job Position: 2 × LIAISON OFFICER INTERNS Job Location: Lusaka Company Name: CHAMAN CONSULTANTS Job Description: Liaise with clients, government institutions and other stakeholders. Assist with immigration and compliance-related applications and processes. Prepare, review and organize client documentation. Follow up on applications and provide timely client updates. Conduct research on immigration, regulatory and administrative matters. Assist with document submissions and collections from relevant institutions. Maintain accurate client records and proper filing systems. Support the Operations Team in managing client cases. Provide professional and responsive client service. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualification & Experience Required: Full Grade 12 Certificate. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations or a related field. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
