The Lead Carpenter will oversee and perform carpentry-related tasks, including interpreting blueprints, constructing and framing structures, and completing finish carpentry work. The role also involves using a variety of tools, supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Candidate Profile Execute high-quality joinery and fit-out carpentry work Read and understand shop drawings and measurements Install wardrobes, Kitchen/office cabinets, doors, wall panels, furniture, and custom woodwork Work with MDF, plywood, laminate, solid wood, and related materials Ensure finishing quality meets project standards Coordinate with Clients or site supervisors and follow project timelines Maintain tools, materials, and workplace safety Qualification and Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a fit-out/joinery carpenter Strong hands-on skills in factory and site work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good understanding of measurements and finishing details Experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary : Attractive Location : Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
