Role Overview HR Lead – for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and thriving in fast-paced HR environments.

Expérience

  • 5+ years progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years in HR leadership / team management Mandatory background in: HR consulting, outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment agency Proven experience in: Outsourced workforce operations Payroll & HR compliance Full employee lifecycle Recruitment, onboarding, performance management Ideal Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of East African labour laws Experience with high-volume workforce operations Excellent client-facing stakeholder management Highly organised, detail-oriented, execution-focused Professional HR certification (CHRP or equivalent) preferred
