The Business Operations Intern will support the daily operational, administrative, and analytical functions that keep the company’s cross-border payment engine running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how international remittances work, end-to-end operations, compliance, treasury, customer onboarding, payment processing, reconciliations, and partner management.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining communication channels with internal and external stakeholders

Assist in maintaining accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and process documentation

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customers’ preferences

Collaborate with various departments to design strategies for all business operations projects.

Support with filing and proper documenting of all Partnership-related paperwork.

Provide general support to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations of the business.

Any other responsibilities as may be required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate Google Workspace skills.

Interest in fintech, payments, or financial operations.
