Nous préparons le lancement d'une nouvelle collection composée d'accessoires décoratifs, de coussins, d'œuvres d'art et d'objets de décoration intérieure. Pour accompagner la construction de cette nouvelle activité, nous recherchons une personne créative, organisée et à l'aise avec les réseaux sociaux.
Missions
Vous prendrez en charge la gestion quotidienne des réseaux sociaux de la boutique : publication de contenus, création de photos et vidéos produits, et conception de supports de vente. Vous produirez des Reels engageants en vous appuyant sur les tendances actuelles afin de stimuler les ventes, ainsi que des contenus éducatifs, inspirants et consacrés au styling. La conception des publications se fera sur Canva. Vous répondrez également aux messages et aux demandes des clients.
Côté boutique, vous gérerez, emballerez et préparerez les commandes des clients, organiserez leur expédition et leur envoi, mettrez à jour et tiendrez les listes de stock, veillerez à ce que les produits restent organisés et bien présentés, et accompagnerez les clients dans leurs questions et leurs achats.
Diplôme minimum : SSCE (niveau lycée).
Expérience : au moins 1 an, niveau débutant accepté.
Langue : anglais.
Vous maîtrisez les réseaux sociaux et comprenez les tendances actuelles. Vous êtes créatif et à l'aise pour produire du contenu avec un téléphone. Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique et avec Canva. Vous êtes organisé, proactif et avez le sens de la vente. Vous avez un œil pour la décoration intérieure, le décor et le contenu visuel.
