The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting and financial administration of the business, ensuring that financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining accurate financial and accounting records. Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports. Assist with monthly and year-end accounting procedures. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments when required. Maintain organised records of financial transactions and supporting documentation. Assist with payroll and other administrative finance duties as required. Support the Finance/Accounts Manager with general accounting tasks. Ensure all financial information is handled accurately and confidentially. Requirements Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role is an advantage. Good knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience using accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
