Le titulaire du poste apportera un appui technique, opérationnel et administratif à la planification, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des programmes visant à prévenir le mariage des enfants et à promouvoir l'autonomisation des adolescentes. Il contribuera à renforcer la visibilité des interventions dans les régions ciblées grâce à des partenariats stratégiques. Il appuiera la planification des activités, la mise en œuvre des programmes et le renforcement des capacités. Le poste est basé à Niamey, au Niger, et s'inscrit dans l'engagement de l'UNICEF en faveur de la protection des droits des enfants.

Le candidat doit être titulaire d'une licence en sciences sociales ou économiques, en développement international, en droits humains, en psychologie, en sociologie, en droit international ou dans un domaine pertinent. Il doit justifier d'au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans des projets de développement social. Une expertise en protection de l'enfance et en prévention du mariage des enfants est requise, ainsi que des compétences en gestion de programmes, en suivi et évaluation, en mobilisation communautaire et en développement de partenariats. La maîtrise du français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais sont exigées.
