Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in the maintenance of company networks and communication systems. Support user account creation, password resets, and access management. Monitor and report IT system performance issues. Assist with data backup and recovery procedures. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment. Support implementation of IT projects and system upgrades. Document technical procedures and user guides. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards. Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
