Mercy Corps DRC is seeking a Monetary Transfers Advisor for the SAFER Consortium (Strategic Assistance For Emergency Responses), based in Goma . The role leads the technical and strategic coordination of the cash transfer pillar across 5 consortium partners operating in North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri provinces. Key responsibilities include: Leading the SAFER Cash Transfer Working Group Harmonizing SOPs, MEB tools, and operational directives across partners Conducting field monitoring visits and market evaluations Representing the consortium in humanitarian coordination forums (Cash Working Group, SECAL Cluster) Building partner capacity through training and technical support Producing reports, technical notes, and documentation for the SAFER secretariat The position reports to the Deputy Director of the SAFER Consortium (Technical) and the Emergency Programs Director (Hierarchical) .
