We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager to establish and scale our partner network in Madagascar from the ground up. This hands-on role prioritizes field engagement, requiring frequent in-person meetings with fleet owners and potential partners rather than office-based work. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven professionals who thrive on building new ventures rather than managing existing ones, possess a deep understanding of local transport and logistics ecosystems, and can energize initiatives from inception to execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard fleet partners, guiding them through the entire onboarding process until operational launch
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators, and independent vehicle owners
- Oversee supply quality and volume in the local market by monitoring critical metrics, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing enhancements
- Innovate acquisition strategies, leveraging distribution and logistics networks to expand reach
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and execute market strategies

- Demonstrated experience in acquisition, business development, sales, or partnerships
