Responsibilities include leading and motivating an accounting team, coordinating daily workflows, and overseeing the preparation of interim financial statements, annual reports, and tax filings. You will ensure the timely delivery of accurate accounting reports to clients while maintaining high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines. Acting as the primary technical resource, you will address and resolve team members’ accounting inquiries.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of seven years of professional experience in offshore accounting firms or managing outsourced French accounting portfolios—including at least three years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in French accounting and tax regulations is essential, along with strong command of industry-standard accounting software such as Coal, EIC, Quadrates, Begin, My Ubisoft, and Pennylane. Fluency in both written and spoken French is required, alongside solid professional English skills. Demonstrated leadership, team management capabilities, meticulous organizational skills, and a proactive approach are equally important. Secteur : Accounting/Auditing and Finance
