This role focuses on producing and updating BIM models and technical drawings for construction and civil engineering projects, ensuring that plans comply with project specifications and standards. The person in this role collaborates daily with engineers, architects, and project managers to coordinate design information, integrate changes, and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include conducting technical research, verifying dimensions and details, preparing documentation for permits and execution, and supporting the team with clear, accurate project drawings and model outputs. Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for architectural and engineering plans. Knowledge of Construction practices and standards relevant to building projects. Background in Civil Engineering or related fields and understanding of structural concepts. Ability to conduct technical Research to validate design solutions and materials. Proficiency with BIM and CAD software (e. g., Revit, Auto CAD, or similar tools). Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and follow project workflows. Relevant technical diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
