IDA Syria is the main healthcare provider in the Northern Aleppo/Syria area, working closely with 500,000 IDPs and 700,000 host communities through 20 healthcare facilities and other health and nutrition projects During last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp Management
Main tasks and Activities : Ensure proper functioning of the pharmacy including security, ease of access, safety, storage and proper handling of inventory.
Informing the facility manager or direct supervisor of any difficulty, security concerns, the possibility of the spread of an infectious disease and any other information related to the subject.
Carrying out any other duties - within his experience - as assigned by the direct supervisor. Follow the instructions of the facility manager or direct supervisor, and in his absence, follow the instructions of another employee from the Independent Doctors Organization -Strictly adhere to humanitarian and protection principles and standards, as well as organizational policies including the Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Protection
Certificate in pharmacy
Minimum five years of experience in pharmacy management or other similar place.
Good organizational and time management skills the ability to work under pressure Independent Doctors Association does not tolerate sexual exploitation and abuse, and committed to acting professionally and ethically. Independent Doctors Association is zero tolerable with any SEA case, IDA is creating the best environment to make sure that all staff have understood SEA and how to report in case there is any suspected case
