Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings. Conduct detailed variance analysis to spot financial trends and irregularities. Build financial forecasts and assist with corporate budgeting. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to standard financial policies like GAAP or IFRS. Prepare and file accurate corporate tax returns. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits. Monitor and update internal financial controls to prevent fraud. Leadership and Operations: Supervise, train, and review the work of junior accounting staff. Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and bank statements. Recommend cost-reduction strategies and profit-maximization actions. Requirements Candidates should possess an HND, Master’s Degree, or B.Sc with 7 – 15 working experience.
