Le titulaire du poste est responsable de la supervision de l'exploitation efficace de l'établissement, en garantissant une prestation de services de santé de qualité et dans les délais, la conformité réglementaire, la performance commerciale et une gestion efficace du personnel. Ce rôle fait office de pont entre le personnel clinique, les patients et la direction exécutive de l'hôpital.

Licence en gestion des soins de santé, administration des affaires, santé publique, soins infirmiers ou tout autre domaine pertinent. Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier des systèmes d'information de gestion sanitaire (Health Management Information Systems).
Compétences souhaitées
Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation. Excellentes capacités interpersonnelles et de communication. Pensée analytique et prise de décision. Compétences de base en finance et en budgétisation. Connaissance des lois et des normes éthiques en matière de santé. Capacités de gestion de crise et de résolution de problèmes.
