Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that’s where you come in… How you’ll help us achieve it Do you have a proven track record of defining and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth? Are you a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to set strategy, lead campaigns across channels, and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think at the strategic level and still get into the work. In this role, you’ll

• Work closely with our Head of marketing in Sénégal to plan and execute projects (persona building, product life cycle, go to market strategies.
• Create clear and actionable project briefs and documentation that can lead and guide cross-functional teams in successful campaign production.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and creative teams to ensure the production and delivery of assets and materials relevant to Wave Sénégal objectives both in terms of growth and brand awareness.
• Build and refine the marketing funnel, lead scoring, and attribution so we can clearly tie activity to results.
• Use data to analyze and make strategic recommendations on new ways to optimize marketing programs.
• Establish KPIs through dashboards, and report results, insights.
• Report on country-specific user personas and behaviors, benchmarks, and market analysis. Key details
