Le candidat retenu produira des publicités vidéo et du contenu organique pour TikTok, Instagram Reels et YouTube Shorts. Il devra monter, sous-titrer et assembler des vidéos à partir de briefs créatifs et de scripts, localiser le contenu pour l'Afrique de l'Est en anglais, swahili et sheng, créer des variations pour les tests A/B, et suivre les indicateurs de performance pour améliorer le contenu.
Le
justifie d'au moins un an d'expérience en montage vidéo pour formats courts avec CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci ou des outils similaires, d'un portfolio solide comprenant plus de cinq vidéos courtes, d'une maîtrise de l'anglais et du swahili, ainsi que d'une aisance avec le sheng. Une bonne connaissance des tendances, sons et formats TikTok kényans est indispensable.
