Talent Acquisition Specialist (CDI, qualification BA/BSc/HND, domaine RH) : vous soutiendrez la fonction recrutement du groupe en identifiant, attirant et évaluant les talents. Vos missions incluent la recherche proactive de candidats via LinkedIn Recruiter, les job boards et les réseaux, la constitution de viviers, le market mapping, l'analyse de données de recrutement et la préparation de rapports. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes RH et les managers pour comprendre les besoins et optimiser les processus. Profil : diplôme en RH, administration, psychologie ou gestion, au moins 5 ans d'expérience en recrutement ou chasse de têtes, maîtrise des outils de sourcing digital et des techniques d'analyse.
Operator - Slitting LINE (CDI, qualification BA/BSc/HND, 3 ans d'expérience, Kilifi) : vous piloterez la ligne de refendage, assurerez la qualité, la maintenance autonome et le respect des normes HSEQ. Qualifications : KCSE, Grade Test III en mécanique ou équivalent, 3 ans d'expérience en conduite de machine, dont 1 an sur ligne de refendage ou équivalent. Connaissances en 6S, TPM et ISO appréciées.
Operator - Wet Section (CDI, qualification KCSE, 2 ans d'expérience, Kilifi) : vous opérerez la section humide de la ligne de pickling, gérerez les acides en sécurité et contribuerez à l'amélioration continue. Qualifications : KCSE, Grade Test II en mécanique ou équivalent, 2 ans d'expérience en conduite de machine, dont 1 an en pickling ou chimie. Compétences en contrôle de processus chimiques et sécurité acide requises.
Operator - Entry (CDI, qualification KCSE, 2 ans d'expérience, Kilifi) : vous assurerez l'alimentation de la ligne, le soudage de bandes et la traçabilité. Qualifications : KCSE, Grade Test II en mécanique ou équivalent, 2 ans d'expérience en conduite de machine, dont 1 an en pickling ou production similaire. Compétences en manutention de bobines et soudage appréciées.
Operator - Annealing (CDI, qualification KCSE, 3 ans d'expérience, Kilifi) : vous piloterez les fours de recuit, contrôlerez les paramètres et veillerez à la qualité métallurgique. Qualifications : KCSE, Grade Test III en mécanique ou équivalent, 3 ans d'expérience en conduite de machine, dont 1 an en recuit ou traitement thermique. Connaissances en HSEQ et maintenance autonome requises.
