Le Preschool Head aura pour mission de fournir un leadership pédagogique et de garantir la délivrance de programmes d'éducation de la petite enfance de haute qualité.
Responsabilités :
Diriger le département préscolaire. Superviser les enseignants du préscolaire. Suivre la mise en œuvre du curriculum. Accompagner le développement des enfants. Coordonner l'engagement des parents. Veiller à la conformité avec les normes de santé et de sécurité.

Diplôme en éducation de la petite enfance. Qualification professionnelle en enseignement. Une expérience en leadership préscolaire est préférée.
Compétences clés :
Leadership centré sur l'enfant, coaching, mentorat et administration, organisation, collaboration, créativité et innovation, santé et sécurité.
Expérience : Niveau intermédiaire, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
Langue : Anglais.
Horaires : Temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
Formation / Diplômes : Diplôme (niveau minimum).
Salaire : Attractif.
