Here are just a few reasons why you should work with us: Bar backs Our client is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Bar Back to support bartenders and ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. The role involves maintaining bar supplies, cleanliness, glassware, and general service support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with daily bar operations and service.
- Ensure the bar is adequately stocked with beverages, ice, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
- Replenish bar stock and supplies throughout service.
- Wash, clean, and organise glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Keep the bar, storage, and service areas clean and organised.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organising bar supplies.
- Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Support bartenders during busy service periods.
- Report stock shortages, damaged equipment, or other issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures.
Responsabilités
- Perform other duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Catering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and hygiene standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, energetic, and hardworking.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Expérience
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Experience needed
