Vous aurez la responsabilité globale du travail international de HEKS/EPER, sur les plans stratégique, opérationnel, financier et managérial. En collaboration avec votre adjoint
Vos principales responsabilités incluent : le leadership stratégique de la division, la gestion du changement, le développement des équipes et des partenariats, la représentation auprès des donateurs institutionnels (notamment la DDC), l'élargissement de la base de donateurs, la gestion financière durable, la supervision des politiques de sécurité et de sauvegarde, ainsi que le positionnement public et le plaidoyer.
diplôme universitaire de niveau master ou expérience équivalente, avec au moins 3 à 5 ans de vie et de travail dans des zones de programme fragiles. Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en gestion senior dans la coopération internationale, idéalement dans les domaines de l'aide humanitaire, de la coopération au développement, de la politique de développement, de la coopération ecclésiale ou de l'investissement à impact. Vous avez fait vos preuves dans la direction d'équipes motivées, diversifiées et interculturelles, la gestion de budgets de plusieurs millions dans des environnements internationaux complexes, l'acquisition et la mise en œuvre de projets financés internationalement, ainsi que dans la gestion de crises et de sécurité.
pensée stratégique et visionnaire, excellentes capacités d'analyse et de conceptualisation, maîtrise des outils de gestion d'entreprise, excellentes compétences en communication, représentation et interculturel, expérience diplomatique (par exemple dans des contextes multilatéraux), disponibilité pour des voyages internationaux fréquents, excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand et/ou du français, et identification aux objectifs et valeurs de HEKS/EPER, y compris sa proximité avec l'Église protestante.
