Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) recherche un Assistant aux Achats (GS5) basé à Lomé, au Togo, pour soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement et garantir l'acquisition efficace de biens et de services. Ce poste implique des tâches administratives, la gestion de données et la coordination des livraisons, tout en respectant les procédures standard. L'assistant travaillera sous la supervision du Logisticien et du Chargé des Achats, contribuant ainsi au succès des programmes opérationnels du PAM.
Les candidats doivent être titulaires d'un diplôme d'études secondaires et justifier d'une expérience pertinente dans le domaine des achats ou de la logistique. Un diplôme post-secondaire en gestion des achats ou dans un domaine connexe est requis. Une expérience d'au moins cinq ans dans les achats ou la logistique est exigée. Une bonne maîtrise du français est indispensable, et une connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais est un atout. Une expérience dans les activités d'achat, la capacité à analyser des données et à rédiger des rapports, ainsi qu'une expérience de collaboration avec les fournisseurs sont également nécessaires. Une familiarité avec les systèmes d'entreprise pour le suivi des expéditions, une expérience dans l'évaluation des performances des prestataires de services et une expérience de soutien technique dans les activités commerciales sont également requises.
