About Zipline Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products. Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations. Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe. We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds. About You And The Role For more than a decade, Zipline has built a mission-driven team across Kigali, Muhanga and Kayonza. As we continue to scale, the People Partner will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that enables our teams to perform, grow and deliver impact. The role will span talent development, workforce planning, strategic partnership with senior leadership on organizational growth, benefits strategy, and shaping a culture that reflects Zipline’s values and ambitions. Our goal as a People team is to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience that builds trust and enables performance as the business continues to grow. The People Partner will be deeply embedded in the organization, bringing strong business context and sound people judgment to the growth ahead. What You’ll Do Develop a deep understanding of the business and the unique challenges of scaling Zipline’s operations across Rwanda. Partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, execution and accountability. Champion Zipline’s culture and values, embedding them into engagement, coaching, development and performance conversations. Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design to support evolving business needs. Strengthen onboarding for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring leaders have clear and effective integration plans in place. Enable a culture of timely, clear and actionable performance feedback across teams. Provide direct, constructive feedback to leaders against Zipline’s leadership expectations. Lead performance calibration and compensation review processes with consistency, fairness and rigor. Design scalable People processes that are fit for Zipline’s operating environment. Support compliance with applicable labor laws and manage employee concerns and investigations with discretion, objectivity and appropriate legal partnership. What You’ll Bring 5 to 8 years of experience in a People or HR role. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Sound judgment on how to lead organizational change and improve team effectiveness. Ability to identify and resolve complex people and team dynamics. A visible, approachable presence with a strong pulse on the day-to-day employee experience. Confidence delivering clear, direct and constructive feedback to leaders. Ability to simplify complex issues and translate them into practical solutions. High discretion when handling sensitive people information. Ability to operate impartially and objectively. Organized, dependable and comfortable working with a high degree of ownership. Legal right to work in Rwanda. Ability to travel frequently to Muhanga, Kayonza and internationally as required. Expert Application Advice

When tailoring your CV for Zipline, directly map your experience to their requirement for les compétences demandées dans l'annonce. Use a brief success story showing how you delivered results, not just listed duties. This proves you can solve their real needs.

Positioning — Your cover letter must answer one question: why YOU for THIS specific role right NOW? Avoid generic templates — one sentence on what you specifically bring beats three generic paragraphs.

Recruiting and L&D — Cite challenging positions you filled and training programs you designed with completion rates. An HR certification (CHRP, CIPD) significantly strengthens your profile.

🎯 Make your application ATS-ready

ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) are the software recruiters use to automatically filter CVs before any human reads them. Our CV builder is specifically designed to pass these filters — and it takes under 3 minutes.

  • •Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
  • •Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
  • •Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
  • •Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
  • •Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
  • •A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
