- Luwero Secondary School invites sealed bids from eligible and suitably qualified bidders for these supplies, services and works.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Formation / Diplômes
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Luwero Secondary School and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6from 9:00am to 4:00pm during official working hours.
- A complete set of Pre-qualification Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 6and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 150,000/= (One hundred fifty thousand shillings only) for each bid. The method of payment will be cash to the school Bursars office, who will issue you a receipt.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6before 17th September, 2026 at 10:30 am.
- Late bids will be rejected.

- (a) Documents may be inspected at: Same as in No. (6) below. (b) Documents will be issued from: Same location as in No. 6below.Bids must be delivered to: School Bursar’s office or Procurement & Disposal Unit Luwero SS.
- Luwero Secondary School reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all bids.
