I- OPPORTUNITY The Security Manager is responsible for developing and formulating Plan International Cameroon's security strategy, including budgetary, logistical, and human resources aspects. He or she is also responsible for advising management and the various teams on evolving risks and the security strategies to be implemented, and for coordinating, supporting, and mentoring Plan International Cameroon's security teams. He or she is also responsible for developing a strategy to promote an intersectional
culture that respects diversity and is actively feminist and anti-racist; and for reviewing program projects to incorporate security risk considerations, reviewing security budgets, and proposing innovative approaches to program-specific risk

methods and experience in adult education are preferred. He or she must have extensive experience in developing security strategies, knowledge of security systems and procedures, and experience advising senior management and executives on security matters.
