Vos responsabilités principales : garantir que toutes les procédures de recouvrement de créances par voie légale servent au mieux les intérêts de l'entreprise et de ses clients, et que le processus de recouvrement soit bien mené et soutenu ; examiner et valider tous les frais juridiques et les régler rapidement ; veiller à ce que les prestataires de services servent l'entreprise de la manière la plus rentable ; rédiger et réviser les documents juridiques pour les unités opérationnelles et de soutien ; gérer toutes les tâches administratives juridiques internes qui peuvent être attribuées.
titulaire d'une licence en droit (LLB) et d'un diplôme d'études supérieures en droit ; au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle pratique en microfinance.
excellentes compétences en gestion des personnes ; bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication ; maîtrise de l'informatique et bonnes compétences en rédaction de rapports.
