Customer Experience Manager
This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' relevant experience, with at least two years in a leadership role in an organization of similar size. A strong understanding of customer service principles, patient engagement, and service recovery processes is essential, as is knowledge of hospital operations, patient care workflows, and healthcare compliance standards.
Key competencies include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities, high emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, the ability to analyze patient feedback and implement service improvement strategies, strong organizational and decision-making abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Resident Medical Officers
This full-time position is based in Nairobi and requires a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), a minimum of three years' experience in a facility of similar size, and registration with a valid practising license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Skills required include proficiency in general medical practice, diagnosis, and treatment, the ability to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care, excellent clinical documentation and communication skills, strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities, and an ethical, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care.
The role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnoses, and prescribing appropriate treatment, managing inpatients and ensuring timely follow-up and discharge planning, providing emergency care and initial stabilisation for critically ill patients, participating in ward rounds, case reviews, and consultations, ensuring clear and accurate medical documentation and handovers, and adhering to infection control, hospital protocols, and ethical guidelines. Participation in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and quality improvement activities is also expected.
Medical Officer In-Charge
This full-time position is based in Nairobi and requires a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), a minimum of 5 years' post-internship experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role, and registration with a valid practising licence from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Key competencies include proficiency in general medical practice with the ability to manage a wide range of conditions, strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentorship experience, knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical governance, and hospital operations, capacity to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care, excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems, and high ethical standards, integrity, and a patient-centred approach.
Business Development Executives
This full-time position is based in Nairobi and requires a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferably in the healthcare sector, a good understanding of insurance and corporate health schemes, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned counties.
