Legacy Manufacturers Limited, acteur du secteur agroalimentaire, recrute un Mécanicien industriel (Mechanical Fitter) pour renforcer son équipe technique. Ce poste clé consiste à assurer la maintenance, la réparation et l'optimisation des systèmes mécaniques afin de garantir la continuité et la performance de nos lignes de production.
Au sein de notre usine, vous serez responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance et de la réparation des équipements mécaniques. Vous effectuerez des inspections régulières et des opérations de maintenance préventive afin de réduire les temps d'arrêt. Vous diagnostiquerez les pannes mécaniques et mettrez en œuvre des actions correctives rapides. Vous participerez à la planification des activités de maintenance, veillerez au respect des normes de sécurité et des politiques de l'entreprise, et collaborerez avec les équipes de production pour améliorer la performance des équipements. Vous tiendrez à jour les registres des activités de maintenance et de l'utilisation des pièces de rechange, soutiendrez les initiatives d'amélioration continue et exécuterez toute autre tâche confiée par la direction.
Le candidat idéal possède de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, ainsi qu'un haut niveau d'intégrité et d'engagement envers un travail de qualité. Des compétences analytiques, numériques, informatiques et interpersonnelles sont également requises.
Pour ce poste, nous exigeons un certificat de fin d'études secondaires (Grade 12), un certificat ou un diplôme en génie mécanique, et au moins deux ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement dans le secteur alimentaire. Le candidat doit être sobre, fiable, posséder une connaissance approfondie de la planification et de l'exécution de la maintenance, et être énergique, capable de travailler de longues heures, y compris les week-ends et les nuits.
