Key Responsibilities
Safely drive the employer to and from destinations such as office, meetings, events, and personal engagements. Ensure punctuality and proper time management for all scheduled trips. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times. Conduct routine vehicle checks (oil, fuel, brakes, tires, etc.) and report any issues promptly. Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use. Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations. Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays. Maintain confidentiality of employer’s information and activities. Assist with errands such as deliveries, pickups, and other assigned tasks. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and mileage. Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, license, registration) are valid and up to date.
