This position ensures the operational readiness and peak performance of technical machinery and systems. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with quality management standards to drive ongoing enhancements, diagnosing and resolving PLC and control network issues, supporting equipment repairs and maintenance, configuring, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines, identifying and replacing defective components, overseeing system and machine manuals along with maintenance schedules, and assisting with spare parts inventory management. Additionally, the role involves sustaining the functionality and currency of all process control systems and networks, with other duties assigned as necessary. Candidates must possess vocational training, ideally in mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience, along with a minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in the structure and function of production machinery, as well as expertise in mechatronics, automation, measurement, control, and regulation systems is essential. Knowledge of PLC programming is also required.
