Senior Social Entrepreneur & Lead for Project Development – Africa (100%) We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join the Guyana Foundation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to sustainable development and community empowerment. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, social work, or international development, along with at least three years of experience in nonprofit or development work. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Key responsibilities involve designing and implementing community-based programs, securing funding through grant writing and donor relations, and monitoring and evaluating project outcomes. The role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. We seek an experienced Professional Services Specialist to deliver exceptional client solutions and drive project success. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years in professional services, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing client engagements from inception to completion. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess needs, developing tailored solutions, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and industry-specific applications is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a relevant discipline. Social Services & Nonprofit, Business Operations, and Management professionals play a pivotal role in driving organizational success, ensuring mission alignment, and optimizing operational efficiency. These positions demand expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and team leadership to effectively manage programs, stakeholders, and budgets. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep commitment to advancing social impact and nonprofit missions. Responsibilities typically include overseeing daily operations, implementing best practices in governance, and fostering collaborative partnerships to enhance service delivery and sustainability.
