This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the international development finance sector by crafting detailed proposals and innovative technical assistance plans for projects funded by prestigious organizations such as the ADB, EBRD, EIB, KfW, IFC/WB etc. As part of the Business Development Team, you will work with recruiters, project managers, seasoned banking and finance professionals. Your role will involve writing technical proposals to align with project rationale, local context, selling points, competition, and pricing models. You’ll learn a lot, meet great people, pick up creative challenges. Expectations will be high, but you
will get tons of autonomy to drive the impact of your work.
