Ce poste à temps plein, basé dans le secteur de la vente et du développement commercial, s'adresse à un professionnel expérimenté, titulaire d'un diplôme (BAC+2 minimum) en administration des affaires, gestion commerciale, management de la distribution, supply chain ou domaine connexe, avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de magasin, idéalement en supermarché.
Le manager aura pour responsabilités de superviser les opérations quotidiennes afin d'assurer l'efficacité et la rentabilité, de piloter les performances commerciales en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de croissance du chiffre d'affaires, et de garantir un service client irréprochable au sein de la succursale. Il devra également gérer et encadrer le personnel (planning, formation, évaluation), maintenir des standards élevés de merchandising et de contrôle des stocks, veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise, des normes de santé et de sécurité, ainsi que des règles d'hygiène alimentaire. La préparation de rapports d'activité réguliers, la communication des résultats à la direction, et le traitement rapide des réclamations clients font aussi partie des missions clés.
Le candidat idéal justifie d'un parcours probant en management de la vente, service client et gestion de magasin, avec de solides compétences en leadership, en communication écrite et orale, en gestion des stocks (y compris la lutte contre la démarque), en analyse des tendances commerciales, en fixation d'objectifs et en gestion budgétaire. Il devra faire preuve de capacités à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre des décisions dans un environnement dynamique, ainsi que d'une bonne organisation et gestion du temps.
