Job Title: ELV Technician
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance on electrical / extra low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, public address systems, and access control. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime. Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status. Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality.
Work Experience / Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or Trade test. 3 – 5 years’ experience as an ELV maintenance technician in the facility management sector is preferred. Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
