Résumé du poste : Le représentant médical est chargé de promouvoir et de vendre des médicaments sur ordonnance et des produits médicaux aux professionnels de santé. Le rôle consiste à informer les médecins, pharmaciens et autres prestataires de soins sur les avantages, indications et utilisations des produits, tout en stimulant la croissance des ventes et en maintenant de solides relations avec la clientèle.
Responsabilités clés :
Promouvoir et vendre des médicaments aux médecins, pharmaciens et prestataires de soins de santé.
Présenter efficacement les informations scientifiques et produit.
Assurer un affichage approprié des produits conformément aux planogrammes.
Maintenir la rotation des stocks selon le principe FIFO (premier entré, premier sorti).
Déployer et gérer le matériel PLV (affiches, bandes de gondole, présentoirs, etc.).
Surveiller les niveaux de stock et faire un rapport quotidien.
Assurer la disponibilité des produits et un prix correct.
Collaborer avec le directeur régional pour résoudre les problèmes de rupture de stock.
Soutenir les promotions en magasin (échantillonnage, remises, etc.).
Assurer une conformité totale avec les configurations promotionnelles.
Surveiller les prix, promotions et visibilité des produits concurrents.
Rendre compte des activités des concurrents et des tendances du marché.
Soumettre des rapports quotidiens couvrant :
Visites et activités des médecins.
Niveaux de stock et produits proches de la date de péremption.
Informations sur les concurrents.
Exigences :
Licence en sciences biologiques ou domaine connexe.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Orientation vers la vente et esprit axé sur les résultats.
Capacité à analyser les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents.
Bonnes compétences en reporting et en organisation.
