The Digital Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of IT, oversees TNS Labs, Techno Serve’s dedicated unit for advancing technology and AI solutions. In this role, the manager drives the development and maintenance of internal infrastructure that powers software and AI systems, fostering innovation across our priority sectors. The position requires scaling our organizational impact by identifying, developing, and deploying high-impact technologies in close collaboration with field programs, global teams, and external technology partners. This hands-on role demands a balance of strategic vision, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership. TNS Labs serves as Techno Serve’s innovation hub, focused on sourcing and scaling technology-based solutions that enhance cost-efficiency and expand program reach in agriculture and entrepreneurship. The team partners with internal stakeholders and global tech providers to pilot, validate, and scale solutions that improve access to knowledge, markets, and financial resources for smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Key Responsibilities: TNS Labs Leadership – Partner with the Director of IT to execute TNS Labs’ strategic roadmap, prioritizing technologies with proven potential to transform cost structures and improve program outcomes in agriculture and entrepreneurship. – Guide the full technology development lifecycle—from ideation to regional implementation—ensuring seamless integration and scalability. – Lead the design and execution of high-impact pilot projects using a “test, learn, iterate” methodology to refine solutions. – Drive the digitization of training programs, remote learning tools, and data-driven applications for sectors such as high-value agriculture and entrepreneurship. – Collaborate with the Director of IT to support business development initiatives, including proposal
