This position ensures the technical machinery and systems are properly maintained and operated at peak performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with the quality management system to drive continuous enhancement, troubleshooting PLC and control network issues, and supporting equipment repairs and maintenance. The role involves setting, adjusting, repairing, monitoring, optimizing, and operating machines, identifying and correcting defective components, managing system and machine manuals and maintenance schedules, and assisting with spare parts inventory organization. Additionally, the position ensures all process control systems and networks are fully functional and current, with other duties assigned as necessary. Candidates should possess vocational training in mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience in lieu of formal education, along with at least two years of manufacturing background. Proficiency in the structure and operation of production machinery, as well as expertise in mechatronics, automation, measurement, control, and regulation systems, is essential. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming is also required.
