Quality Technician

Responsabilités

This position serves as a testing resource for the laboratory, collaborating with current technicians to deliver essential testing services that support product production and certification. Additionally, this role involves maintaining detailed documentation of test results, procedures, and the calibration of tools and equipment. Primary responsibilities include delivering precise and timely test results while assisting with in-process testing during production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining quality records and procedures. The role may also involve conducting standard laboratory testing, certifying physical properties for customers, and generating certificates of compliance. Furthermore, the position requires maintaining records of calibration and repairs, performing equipment/tool calibrations, managing laboratory inventory of test consumables, and reviewing material compliance against specifications. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with consideration given to equivalent experience in lieu of formal education. A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is required, along with proficiency in data analysis and database software. Familiarity with quality and laboratory testing tools is also essential.
