Résumé du poste :
Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les clients de La Riba Business Banking, en établissant des relations à long terme fondées sur un soutien efficace et fiable à leur activité. Cela est réalisé notamment grâce à des décisions de risque rapides et à la gestion de la cohérence et de la qualité du service opérationnel. L'objectif principal est de maximiser la contribution durable du portefeuille ajusté au risque / EP. Le titulaire du poste sera également responsable du développement commercial, tant auprès de nouveaux clients qu'auprès de son portefeuille existant.
Responsabilités clés / Livrables / Résultats :
Ventes et service : 70%
Effectuer l'examen annuel des facilités d'emprunt des clients (et un examen intérimaire si les circonstances du client [profil de risque] l'exigent).
Consulter les propriétaires/gestionnaires de clients sur les questions financières/de crédit et les pratiques/idées générales d'affaires.
