We are seeking an organized, collaborative, and service-oriented Program Manager to oversee the operational success, expansion, and enhancement of The Center’s Online Certificate Programs. This role will serve as the central operational link between the Associate Director of Teaching & Learning and a dynamic portfolio of online certificate offerings, addressing critical digital skills and talent development needs across Africa. The position encompasses the entire learner journey—from identifying skills gaps and designing courses to recruitment, admissions, enrollment, learner support, credential completion, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will facilitate the coordination of a diverse range of short online courses, modules, and workshops aimed at equipping learners with essential technology skills and fostering career progression in the digital economy. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing day-to-day operations of The Center’s Online Certificate Programs, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, timelines, processes, and learner services. You will partner with stakeholders—including employers, government agencies, AFROTC institutions, and internal teams—to assess emerging skills demands and ensure the ongoing relevance of the certificate portfolio. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, launch, review, and continuous improvement of scalable, stackable credentials aligned with industry needs. This role involves coordinating learner recruitment and outreach with industry partners, NGOs, and AFROTC institutions to meet enrollment targets and enhance program visibility. You will collaborate with marketing and communications teams to strengthen program branding, outreach efforts, and the accuracy of promotional materials and public-facing content. Responsibilities also include managing admissions processes—such as application handling, communications, review coordination, selection, enrollment tracking, and learner onboarding—as well as coordinating with CMU’s Eberle Center to administer online
