Stores Officer – Lake Trans Logistics Limited (Ndola)
Lake Trans Logistics Limited recherche un Stores Officer (homme) hautement organisé et proactif pour superviser ses opérations d'entrepôt et de stockage. Le candidat idéal justifiera d'une solide expérience en gestion des stocks, en contrôle des inventaires et en processus logistiques.
Responsabilités clés :
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et de l'entrepôt. Tenir des registres de stock précis et assurer un contrôle rigoureux des inventaires. Coordonner la réception, le stockage et l'expédition des marchandises. Mettre en œuvre et suivre les systèmes de gestion des stocks. Effectuer des comptages réguliers des stocks, des rapprochements et des enquêtes sur les écarts. Encadrer le personnel du magasin et veiller au respect des procédures de l'entreprise. Assurer la manipulation et le stockage appropriés des matériaux, y compris les pneus et les pièces détachées. Préparer des rapports d'inventaire quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes logistique et achats pour soutenir des opérations fluides. Respecter les normes de sécurité, de sûreté et de propreté dans la zone de stockage.
Qualifications et expérience :
Certificat ou diplôme en chaîne d'approvisionnement, achats, logistique ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de magasin/entrepôt, de préférence dans une entreprise de logistique ou de transport. Solide connaissance des systèmes d'inventaire et des procédures de contrôle des stocks. Une expérience dans la manipulation de pneus, de pièces détachées pour camions ou d'articles similaires est un atout. Solides compétences en leadership, en communication et en reporting. Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Excel, logiciel d'inventaire).
