Nous recherchons un directeur financier et administratif hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour superviser tous les aspects financiers et administratifs de notre organisation. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de fournir un leadership stratégique en matière financière et administrative, de stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise et d'assurer la santé et la durabilité financières de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités clés

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies financières complètes pour stimuler la croissance et la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
  • Fournir des conseils stratégiques et un leadership financier à l'équipe de direction.
  • Superviser toutes les opérations financières, y compris la planification financière, la budgétisation, les prévisions et les rapports.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations et lois financières.
  • Entretenir des relations avec les investisseurs, les institutions financières et autres parties prenantes.
  • Diriger et gérer l'équipe financière.
  • Superviser les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients, la paie et la tenue du grand livre général.
  • Coordonner les audits internes et externes et résoudre tout problème identifié.
  • Gérer les installations de bureau, l'équipement, les achats et les contrats avec les fournisseurs.
  • Gérer l'administration des avantages sociaux et la paie.

Exigences

  • Qualification professionnelle en tant qu'associé ou membre de l'Institut des comptables agréés de Zambie (ZICA). Doit être titulaire d'une licence en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de direction financière senior dans une institution financière non bancaire ou de microfinance.
  • Expérience avérée dans la stimulation de la croissance de l'entreprise et l'amélioration des performances financières.
  • Solides compétences en pensée stratégique, en leadership et en communication.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Familiarité avec les logiciels bancaires et compétences opérationnelles.
