Le stagiaire en réception des matières premières et contrôle des stocks sera chargé de surveiller, peser, enregistrer et rapporter avec précision toutes les matières premières transférées de l'entrepôt de matières premières vers la fosse de réception. Ce poste est essentiel pour renforcer la précision des stocks, la traçabilité des matières, le rapprochement des stocks, la responsabilité de la production et le contrôle des pertes de matières premières. Le stagiaire veillera à ce que chaque matière première entrant dans le système de réception soit physiquement vérifiée, pesée et enregistrée avec précision avant la réception. Le poste exige un haut niveau de précision, d'intégrité, de discipline, d'attention aux détails et de responsabilité, car les enregistrements générés seront utilisés pour le rapprochement quotidien, hebdomadaire et mensuel des stocks.

Surveiller toutes les matières premières transférées de l'entrepôt de matières premières vers la fosse de réception. Vérifier chaque matière première avant qu'elle n'entre dans le système de réception. Peser les matières premières individuellement avant la réception, conformément à la procédure approuvée. Enregistrer avec précision chaque mouvement de matière individuel. S'assurer qu'aucune matière première n'entre dans le système de réception sans être correctement enregistrée. Vérifier l'identification des matières, y compris le nom du produit, le lot/numéro de lot le cas échéant et la quantité. Confirmer que la matière physique correspond à la documentation fournie. Enregistrer tous les mouvements de matières sur le registre/système d'enregistrement approuvé. Signaler immédiatement toute divergence entre les quantités physiques et la documentation. Empêcher les entrées en double, les omissions, les quantités incorrectes ou l'identification incorrecte des matières.

Certificat de 12e année – obligatoire. Diplôme ou certificat dans l'un des domaines suivants est un atout : Gestion des stocks, Gestion des approvisionnements et de la chaîne logistique, Comptabilité, Administration des affaires, Gestion des données, Statistiques ou un domaine connexe.
