Driving Instruction & Driver Education. Les

pour ce rôle incluent :

  • Préparer et enseigner des leçons pratiques adaptées à tous les aspects de la conduite.
  • Fournir des instructions sur les pièces et fonctions d'un véhicule, ainsi que sur les règles de la route.
  • Documenter et rendre compte des progrès du conducteur.
  • Signaler tous les accidents et incidents au responsable logistique et à l'atelier.
  • Tenir à jour tous les dossiers et registres de formation des conducteurs pour les conducteurs actuels.
  • Travailler avec le responsable logistique dans la sélection et l'embauche de nouveaux conducteurs.
  • Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires de boîte à outils avec les conducteurs.
  • Assurer la formation pratique post-accident au volant.
  • Maintenir à jour les manuels et supports de formation des conducteurs liés au transport.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des réunions sur la sécurité sous la direction du responsable de la sécurité environnementale et du responsable logistique.
  • Conduire des itinéraires / sorties sur le terrain si nécessaire.

Responsabilités

  • Exécuter toutes les autres tâches assignées par le responsable logistique.
  • Assurer la supervision quotidienne des conducteurs et moniteurs assignés afin de garantir une exécution correcte et cohérente des tâches. Les qualifications requises sont :
  • Diplôme GCE/12
  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un permis de conduire PSV
  • Permis de conduire valide pour le niveau auquel vous enseignerez
  • Licence ou certification d'instructeur de conduite valide.

Expérience

  • Expérience avérée en tant qu'instructeur de conduite.
  • Casier de conduite vierge. Les

  • Excellente audition et vision, et bonne condition physique.
  • Capacité à rester assis pendant de longues périodes et à s'adapter aux changements des conditions de conduite.
