Our client is a leading private security company providing premium manned guarding and electronic security solutions to clients across the mining, corporate, financial, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and public sectors. The company is committed to delivering reliable, professional, and customer-focused security services through highly trained personnel and industry best practices.
Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join its team as an Operations Supervisor at the company’s Head Office in Accra.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the company’s day-to-day security operations. Monitor the deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with operational and security standards. Liaise with clients and site personnel to address operational concerns and maintain excellent service delivery. Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management. Respond promptly to security incidents and operational challenges and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Assist in planning staff deployment, duty schedules, and operational assignments. Ensure security personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate measures to improve security operations. Support the training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel. Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or tertiary institution. A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience working as an Operations Supervisor, preferably within the private security industry. Strong knowledge of security operations and personnel supervision. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good report-writing and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities. High levels of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality.
