We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Beach Apartment Hotel. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise and coordinate hotel staff across different departments. Manage guest check-in, check-out, complaints, and overall guest experience. Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and general facility operations. Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, functional, and maintained to high standards. Manage bookings, reservations, and occupancy. Monitor income, expenses, inventory, and operational costs. Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and external service providers. Develop and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and hotel revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management. Proven experience managing a hotel, apartment hotel, resort, or similar hospitality facility. Strong leadership and staff-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and facility management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and inventory control. Computer literacy and ability to use hotel management or booking systems is an advantage. Must be responsible, organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
