Production/Baking Assistant
Downtown Grill Nigeria, acteur du secteur Food Services & Catering, recherche un(e) Production/Baking Assistant pour rejoindre son équipe de boulangerie. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) assistera l'équipe dans les activités quotidiennes de cuisson et de production, tout en maintenant un environnement de travail propre, organisé et hygiénique.

Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI à temps plein (8h à 17h), au sein du département Hospitality & Hotel. Le salaire proposé est de NGN 70,000 à 150,000 par mois, avec une rémunération spécifique de NGN 80,000 mensuels pour le lieu de travail à Egbeda, Lagos.
Missions
- Assister le boulanger dans le pesage, le mélange, la préparation et la cuisson des produits.
- Préparer les ingrédients et s'assurer qu'ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin.
- Participer à l'emballage et au stockage approprié des produits finis.
- Maintenir la zone de production, les équipements et les surfaces de travail propres et désinfectés.
- Suivre les recettes, les procédures de production et les normes de sécurité alimentaire.
- Aider au chargement, à l'arrangement et au déplacement des fournitures et des produits de boulangerie.
- Surveiller les ingrédients et informer le superviseur lorsque les stocks sont faibles.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans d'autres tâches de production de boulangerie selon les besoins.**

- Diplôme minimum : High School (S.S.C.E).
- Niveau d'entrée avec au moins 1 an d'expérience.
- Connaissance de base en boulangerie et en préparation alimentaire est un plus.
- Être travailleur, ponctuel, responsable et désireux d'apprendre.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide.
- Bonne hygiène et souci de propreté essentiels.
- Capacité à suivre les instructions et à bien travailler en équipe.
- Un homme est préféré pour ce poste.
- Langue requise : anglais.Localisation
