GHERI-UG (Green Horizons Environmental Research Initiative Uganda) recherche un Senior Multimedia Content Editor talentueux pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous serez responsable de transformer des images brutes en contenu captivant et professionnel, adapté à divers supports tels que les réseaux sociaux, les sites web, les publicités et les documentaires.
Vos missions incluront l'assemblage de séquences cohérentes, l'application d'étalonnage des couleurs et d'effets visuels, ainsi que la synchronisation audio de haute qualité. Vous intégrerez des transitions, des effets, une conception sonore et des graphiques animés pour renforcer la narration. Vous effectuerez également l'étalonnage des couleurs et le mixage audio afin de maintenir les normes professionnelles les plus élevées. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe créative pour interpréter les objectifs du projet et garantir que les livrables répondent aux exigences spécifiées dans les briefs. Vous adapterez les vidéos pour différentes plateformes en ajustant les ratios d'aspect, les longueurs et les tailles de fichier, en assurant la compatibilité avec les formats verticaux pour Reels et TikTok, ainsi que les formats horizontaux pour YouTube. Vous démontrerez votre capacité à superviser plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant des délais stricts.
Le candidat idéal maîtrise les logiciels de montage standard de l'industrie tels qu'Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro ou Avid Media Composer, ainsi que DaVinci Resolve. Vous possédez un œil aiguisé pour la narration visuelle et le rythme, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication pour collaborer efficacement avec les réalisateurs, producteurs et autres parties prenantes. Une attention particulière aux détails, la créativité et la capacité à respecter des délais serrés sont essentielles. Une expérience préalable en montage vidéo est requise, idéalement dans un environnement dynamique tel que la production cinématographique, télévisuelle ou numérique. Vous assurerez également l'organisation systématique et l'accessibilité des actifs vidéo, des projets et du contenu archivé dans un système de bibliothèque bien structuré. Vous maintiendrez une maîtrise à jour des plateformes de montage avancées et surveillerez les tendances émergentes de l'industrie.
